OCD Terms and Conditions of Sale

Guarantee
We guarantee all animals produced to be properly identified and healthy.  All of our stock will be properly sexed, feeding, and in perfect health at the time of delivery. In addition to this we offer a 48 hour health and alive arrival guarantee at which point should something not meet standard we should be contacted within the 48 hour time bracket.

Prices/Reservations
All prices are set by Ontario Constrictor Designs and subject to change without notice. For current price and availability please contact us.  For the reservation of a particular animal or animals a 25% non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve that animal. In the event that your reservation can not be met we will offer either a full refund, or apply the deposit towards another purchase.

Payment
Accepted methods of payment are Cash, cheque, and money order. Full payment must be made prior to the shipment or delivery of the animals.

Financing
Financing is available with a 25% deposit. The terms of the financing will be dictated on a client by client basis.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped collect via air cargo to a commercial airline nearest you unless alternate delivery arrangements are made. If any health issues arise upon the inspection of your order please notify us immediately.

International Orders
Internationals customers are welcome and cities paper work can be secured.
